Animal Network is a group of rescuers who foster and
place homeless or stray animals. An animal lives in the
rescuer's home until an adoptive home is found. The animal is
spay/neutered, tested and vaccinated. Animals are provided a
loving environment where their personality is assessed and any
needed training is done before being placed on the CAN
site.

PAWS and More Animal Shelter is a non-profit no kill
shelter supported by donations and fundraisers. The shelter,
located in Washington, Iowa, has volunteers of all ages
who pet, comb and play with the cats and play with
and walk the dogs. The cats live in groups in large
screened areas. These measures result in very social animals
who are accustomed to children as well as other cats and
dogs. Animals are spayed/ neutered, tested and
vaccinated.

Pets for Seniors is a non-profit organization supported
by donations. The organization matches older cats and dogs from
shelters, foster organizations and breed rescue groups with senior citizens
who might need a little help with the responsibiliites of pet ownership.
